Northshore Senior Center Multi-Purpose Room
The Senior Center Multi-Purpose Room (60' X 60’, 3,600 sq ft), allows dining for 270 seated guests, with 300 in festival seating. Hardwood floors, microphone sound system and stage, plus access to outdoor patio and large grassy area with rose garden make this a lovely venue for all types of events.
The Northshore Senior Center Dining Room, (29’ X 43’, 1,276 sq ft), has an 80 seated guest capacity, carpeted floor, connections for microphone sound system, piano and easy access to the commercial kitchen.
Rental of the Multi-Purpose Room and Dining Room includes access to our commercial kitchen.
- An additional $40 will be charged for the use of any sound or audio-visual equipment owned by the Northshore Senior Center.
- Cleaning fee for floors in Multi-Purpose Room and Kitchen is $300.

Northshore Senior Center "Rental" Tour Schedule:
- Mondays from 2pm until 4pm
- Saturdays from 9am until 3pm
- If neither of these times work, email NSCRentals@mynorthshore.org to see schedule a different time.

$300 deposit due at time of booking. Final Payment including *$400 for additional deposit with alcohol is due 45 days prior to event. If event is scheduled less than 45 days out, then payment in full is needed at time of booking.
